Our annual Christmas pantomime trips are always a highlight of the year, and this year was no exception! We were delighted to take our fostering families, young people and staff team to a fantastic selection of pantomimes across the country.
We enjoyed Peter Pan at the Thameside Theatre in Grays, Mother Goose at the Courtyard Theatre in Hereford, Sleeping Beauty at the Wyvern Theatre in Swindon, and Cinderella at the Cast Theatre in Doncaster — and what a show they all were!
The Dame’s costumes were truly out of this world, matched only by their humour 😉. Every theatre was filled with noise, laughter and festive cheer from start to finish, and as always, the interval ice creams went down an absolute treat!
One of the most special parts of this year was seeing some of our own young people performing in one of the pantomimes. It was brilliant to celebrate their achievements and watch them shine on stage — a moment we are incredibly proud of.
Such was the success of this year’s trips that we’ve already secured dates for some of our offices for next year. We can’t wait to do it all again and create even more magical Christmas memories together.
